We are looking for a true leader with excellent problem-solving and communication skills - passionate about Leadership. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with a unique product and a state-of-the-art production in a global environment.

We operate in the automotive industry, which means this is a fast-paced, highly demanding job that requires clear and proactive communication with every level of our company, from the factory floor to the executive management team. This is a very exciting, and challenging position in a rapidly growing company.



As Manufacturing Engineering Manager you have the overall responsibility for an organization of 12 people, whereof one supervisor. Your main task is to lead and develop the organization within industrialization and process engineering, with the purpose to optimize both production equipment and people, in order to ensure a high performing team and production.

Your responsibility includes, but is not limited to:

· Ownership of all production equipment.

· Responsible for all production documentation in Landskrona.

· Responsible for operational part of the development process.

· Responsible for Launch/Program Management (Industrialization) of new equipment & technologies, including factory layout.

· Budget responsibility for the department and for the production CAPEX portfolio.

· Responsible for the manufacturing part in quoting new business opportunities.

· Identifying specific knowledge gaps and to plan training needs accordingly

· Responsible for the Change Management process

· Facility Management for the site

One important part of your role is to drive the Change Management process towards Reskilling and Upskilling of personnel, to meet future needs. You are reporting to the Plant Manager and will be part of the factory management team in Landskrona.  



We are looking for an experienced (minimum 5 years from a similar position) candidate with strong technical background, preferably from a manufacturing company with high-level technical production systems. Automotive experience is considered a strong merit. We believe you have an Engineering degree. You have managerial experience and you enjoy cooperating cross-functionally. It is considered a strong merit if you have experience from an industry with high quality standards, such as Automotive or Medical Device. You have good knowledge of root cause analysis and FMEA. You are a true leader with a strong track-record of building, leading and motivating high-performing teams. 

In order to be successful in this role we see that you are a person who works in a structured and systematic way, and you have the ability to multitask under pressure. You possess excellent and creative problem-solving skills and you easily adapt to a changing environment, from daily firefighting to strategic discussions. Your leadership is characterized by a high degree of involvement, together with clear communication. You have an interest in motivating, coaching and developing people in a goal-oriented manner.

Last, but not least, we believe you have a business-driven mindset and you can easily understand how to deploy business strategies into goals and immediate actions.
